Martini Prosecco DOC Extra Dry 0,75 ℓ

Martini Prosecco DOC is a sparkling wine made with Glera, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. The Martini company is one of the few authorized to bottle Prosecco outside the DOC areas precisely because of its involvement in the history of production techniques. Starting from a blend of base grapes, we proceed to second fermentation in pressurized tanks useful to preserve the aromatic capacity of the base grapes. Bright straw yellow in colour, it has a clearly visible foam and the nose reveals hints of yellow peach, green apple, citrus and white flowers. Very fresh and savoury on the palate, it is well balanced and enveloping, with a return of fruity to floral notes and a finish of medium persistence. Perfect for aperitifs based on fresh cheeses and cured meats, it can be used throughout the meal for white meats and fish first courses.
