Hibiki Harmony whiskey is a blend of wheat and single malt whiskey from the three Suntory, Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries, which combines in perfect harmony the best that each of the distilleries has to offer. The whiskeys that make up the Harmony come from different types of cask, including the American oak barrel, the ex-Sherry European barrel and the Mizunara oak barrel, typical Japanese wood characterized by a marked porosity. Bright amber in color, it offers delicate aromas of rose and lychee on the nose, with rosemary and sandalwood tips. The taste is soft and tells of honey, candied orange peel and white chocolate, to end on a clean and persistent finish in which a typical note of wood typical of Mizunara oak is distinctly perceived. To be served straight or to be used for the production of a refreshing Highball, together with a part of soda, decorated with a twist of lemon or grapefruit.
