Vinification of Conti Thun Gioia The basis for the balanced Gioia from Lombardy are grapes from the grape varieties Welschriesling, Incrocio Manzoni and Riesling. After the grape harvest, the grapes reach the press house in the fastest way. Here they are sorted and carefully ground. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The fermentation is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally drawn into bottles. Recommended Serving Conti Thun Gioia This Italian white wine is best enjoyed well chilled at 8 - 10°C. It is perfect as an accompaniment to asparagus salad with quinoa, roasted trout with ginger pear, or spaghetti with yogurt mint pesto.
