Vinification of Oddbird Spumante white This elegant sparkling wine from Italy is made from the Glera grape variety. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are brought to the winery as quickly as possible. Here they are sorted and carefully pressed. This is followed by fermentation of the base wines. Once the cuvée has been assembled, the wine is aged using the Charmat method. This is followed by bottle ageing for 12 months.
