Sur Lie is a Muscadet - denomination Muscadet Sèvre-et-Maine - produced by the French winery Chateau de l'Oiselinière, in the enchanted Loire Valley. In a very close territorial connection, this wine is entirely composed of Muscadet grapes, also called Melon de Bourgogne. After a careful harvesting phase, the grapes perform cold maceration before fermentation and, subsequently, the must obtained ages in cement tanks in contact with the yeasts. Straw yellow. The personality is expressed in an olfaction of exuberant fruity traits, where apricot, pineapple, melon and a citrus hint of lemon make up the picture. Light licorice notes appear soft in the background, based on a rich bouquet of white flowers.
