The Kaiken Nude Rosé is a fresh and lively wine from the Mendoza valley in Argentina, produced with a minimalist approach aiming to express the purity of fruit and terroir. It is made with Grenache and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from vineyards located at an altitude of 1,150 meters in the pre-Andean zone, characterized by a hot desert climate with low rainfall and constant winds.The grapes are manually harvested, with careful selection to eliminate unsuitable bunches. A soft immediate pressing is carried out to avoid excessive extraction. Fermentation is controlled, conducted between 13°C and 15°C for 15 days, with bâtonnage every 15 days to give volume to the wine. Malolactic fermentation is not carried out and the wine is finally filtered and bottled without clarifications, remaining faithful to the concept of nude. On the nose, it opens with fragrant notes of fresh red fruits such as raspberries, strawberries, and pomegranate, enriched with hints of Mediterranean herbs, thyme, orange peel, and pink grapefruit. On the palate, it is soft and enveloping, with brilliant acidity and a creamy sensation accompanying a long and pleasant finish.Ideal with shrimp cocktails, tapas dishes, fresh salads, or soft cheeses like camembert.
