The Brut Blanc de Blancs Sparkling Wine of Villa Folini is produced on the gentle and gentle hills of the denomination, influenced by the surrounding environment between the Julian Prealps and the Adriatic Sea. This elegant sparkling wine is obtained from a careful selection of white grapes, in order to enhance the typicality and freshness of the territory. Production begins with a soft pressing of the grapes followed by fermentation of the must at a controlled temperature. The second fermentation takes place using the Charmat method, with a long stay on the yeasts in an autoclave which gives complexity and structure to the wine. The process is completed with refinement in the bottle, to further perfect its aromatic and taste profile. It has a straw yellow color. Delicate notes of white flowers and fruity nuances emerge on the nose which create an inviting and refined bouquet. On the palate it is harmonious, balanced and fresh. This sparkling wine is an excellent choice as an aperitif and pairs beautifully with crustaceans and molluscs.
