Ritterhof Sauvignon Südtirol - Alto Adige DOC 0,75 ℓ

This Sauvignon of the classic Terra di Ritterhof line comes from vineyards located in the Cortaccia and Montagna areas, on the gentle slopes of the Bassa Atesina. It is obtained exclusively from Sauvignon Blanc grapes, harvested manually in crates and left to cold macerate for a few hours. Fermentation follows at a controlled temperature of 20 °C, through which the wine develops its aromatic and gustatory typicality. Wine with a bright straw yellow colour, it is characterized by a delicate perfume in which notes of fresh tomatoes and gooseberries stand out. In the mouth it is characterized by a good persistence, freshness and flavour. Ideal as an aperitif, it goes perfectly with asparagus and seafood, but also with light dishes based on fish or white meat.
