Quite firm, herbal-spicy to herbal, clearly mineral and delicately waxy citrus stone fruit scent with fine root vegetables. Ripe, juicy, sweet fruit in the mouth, again notes of rock candy, firm acidity and a little carbonic acid, lots of grip on the palate, still yeasty notes, very fine vegetal and herbal nuances and a little wax, lots of bite and excellent substance, very good, juicy, sweet finish with pull.
