Moscato d'Asti di Gancia was born in the vineyards of the Piedmont company, located in the Canelli area, near Asti. This sweet wine is made exclusively with Moscato Bianco di Canelli grapes, harvested by hand and immediately subjected to a gentle pressing. After a natural settling, the must is filtered and kept at a temperature of 0 ° C, to then be left to ferment in small containers, with the addition of selected yeasts. It is characterized by a bright golden yellow color and a delicate and sweet scent of peach, acacia, sage and honey flowers. The excellent balance between sweetness, acidity and softness stands out in the mouth, well supported by a very persistent aftertaste. Perfect to accompany the moment of dessert, it is sublime in combination with tarts with refined jams or apple charlotte.
