The Nebbiolo “Filari Corti” by Agricola Brandini originates in the La Morra area from 100% Nebbiolo grapes, expressing an authentic and local style that enhances the typical finesse and fragrance of this varietal in the Langhe. It is a wine that combines immediacy and character, offering an elegant and accessible interpretation of Nebbiolo.The vinification involves destemming of the grapes, followed by maceration and spontaneous fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks. The aging takes place in large barrels for a period that allows the wine to develop balance and harmony while retaining the varietal freshness.It shows a garnet color. On the nose, it is refined and deep, with floral notes of rose and violet accompanied by fresh hints of mint.
