Cantina Valpantena Torre del Falasco Bardolino Chiaretto DOC 0,75 ℓ

This Bardolino Chiaretto Torre del Falasco is obtained from a traditional blend of native Corvina Veronese and Rondinella grapes, fermented after slow decanting of the must, with a short maceration on the skins to give the typical pink color. On the nose it releases delicate aromas of raspberry and red fruits. The palate is soft and characterized by a very pronounced salinity which is in perfect contrast with its valuable freshness. It can be appreciated with pasta or rice salads, with tomato-based first courses and with pizza.
