Clear and delicately juicy, enlivening apricot fruit with mirabelle plum, along with plenty of herbal spice and a touch of heat, racy and invigoratingly fresh, firm body with power and just a hint of creaminess, herbs, a touch of spice and salty minerality on the palate, a hint of extract sweetness, good balance, good finish with minerality, a touch of salt and ripe stone fruit.
