Blanc - Dr. Bürklin-WolfWith the Dr. Bürklin-Wolf Blanc comes a first-class white wine into the swirled glass. In this it presents a wonderfully brilliant, light yellow color. Poured into a white wine glass, this white wine from Germany presents wonderfully expressive aromas of mirabelle, black cherry, quince and nectarine, rounded off by other fruity nuances. On the palate, the Blanc from Dr. Bürklin-Wolf opens pleasantly aromatic, fruity and balanced. Light-footed and complex, this crisp white wine presents itself on the palate. Due to its present fruit acidity, the Blanc presents itself impressively fresh and lively on the palate. In the finish, this storable white wine from the wine-growing region of Palatinate finally inspires with beautiful length. Again, hints of apricot and vineyard peach appear. In the aftertaste, mineral notes of the soils dominated by sand and clay join in. Vinification of the Blanc from Dr. Bürklin-Wolf The basis for the elegant Blanc from Pfalz are grapes from the varieties Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc and Scheurebe. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in the Palatinate. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of clay and sand. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally drawn into bottles. Food recommendation for the Dr. Bürklin-Wolf Blanc Enjoy this white wine from Germany best well chilled at 8 - 10°C as an accompanying wine to roasted trout with ginger pear, vegetable salad with beetroot or spaghetti with yogurt-mint pesto.
