The grapes are harvested in the cool hours of the night, immediately pressed in the winery, fermented in a cool place and the wines are bottled the next spring in order to preserve their pure freshness to the maximum. The bouquet has fine aromas of grapefruit, lemons and yellow-fleshed fruits. Very clear and fresh on the palate with perfect balance.
