It unfolds its Mediterranean and complex bouquet with fruity aromas of blueberries and blackberries. These notes are rounded off by nuances of sweet spices, tobacco and chocolate. This red wine cuvée from Italy is warm and soft on the palate with elegant tannins that are particularly intense. The prevailing climate in Sardinia is warm and dry in summer and temperate in winter. After harvesting, the grapes are destemmed and crushed, and fermentation takes place over a period of 12-14 days in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 22-24° Celsius. During fermentation, the must is frequently pumped over to secure tannins and extracts. After the early and spontaneous malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged for 6 months in French barriques. It is then matured in the bottle for 6 months.
