On the palate, this white wine from Spain is full-bodied and aromatic, with a well-structured body accompanied by a subtle fruit acidity. Following the opulent fruit, there is a spicy peppery finish. Vinification of the Lesegut Blanco The grapes are destemmed, crushed, and the resulting mash is pressed after a short maceration. The resulting must undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Afterwards, this wine matures for four months on the lees (Sur Lie).
