On the barren, stony soils of the Steinleithn vineyard, grapes of exceptional concentration and finesse are produced. The hand-harvested grapes at the end of October 2023 are carefully placed in small crates – inspired by classic French tradition. Whole bunches of grapes are pressed very gently using a small wooden basket press before going directly into fermentation without any prior clarification.
