Oddero Poderi e Cantine Dolcetto d'Alba DOCG 0,75 ℓ

Dolcetto d'Alba is produced by Poderi Oddero, a winery with a long family tradition, which has been producing wines in the Langa for decades. The 100% Dolcetto grapes are carefully selected by hand before proceeding with fermentation at a controlled temperature, with maceration for about 12 days in steel tanks, where the wine also remains for ageing. Intense ruby in color, the nose has aromas of juicy red fruit. The sip has a good body and a good persistence. To be combined with pasta with meat sauce, roasts and stewed chops.
