Piemonte Pinot Nero DOC Re Noir Lo Zoccolaio is obtained from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, from 15-20 year old vineyards. This Pinot Noir ages in French oak barrels for 18 months, with a rest in the bottle for 6 months, respecting tradition but with the most modern methods and tools. Extremely refined in aromas, of red fruits and spices, it anticipates an intense and full taste, of great satisfaction and persistence. An elegant and sophisticated Pinot Noir, to be tried also with spicy and oriental dishes.
