Planeta Syrah Maroccoli Sicilia DOC 0,75 ℓ

Planeta's Sicilia Syrah Maroccoli is born in the vineyard of the same name located in the municipality of Sambuca di Sicilia, in the province of Agrigento. It is produced exclusively with Syrah grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand. The grapes, after having undergone a crushing and destemming, ferment on the skins at a controlled temperature of 24 ° C for 12 days. Subsequently the wine is aged in barrique for 14 months before being bottled. Maroccoli is characterized by an intense ruby red color with violet reflections. The nose opens with hints of fused spices, enriched by pleasant fruity notes of red fruits and blueberries. On the palate it is enveloping, rich and pleasantly soft, with delicately smoothed tannins. Perfect to accompany cold cuts and salami, it is ideal in combination with game and roasts.
