Vermentino di Gallura Superiore Mancini Primo by Piero Mancini comes from vineyards located in the Vermentino di Gallura DOCG, in Sardinia. Obtained exclusively from Vermentino grapes, this wine carries out the classic white winemaking process, resting in steel for a few months, before being bottled. This Vermentino is characterized by a pale straw color, with greenish reflections. The nose opens with intense aromas of white flowers and rosemary, enriched with notes of white fruit. On the palate it is sapid and full-bodied, with a pleasant bitter aftertaste. Excellent as an aperitif, this Vermentino is perfect to accompany fish, shellfish and white meat dishes.
