Roveré della Luna Quaranta Jugheri Vigna Feldi Trentino Riserva Pinot Nero DOC 0,75 ℓ

This Trentino Riserva Pinot Nero, belonging to the Quaranta Jugheri collection, is located in the Feldi vineyard located on the edge of the alluvial fan of Roverè della Luna, whose vines rest on soils rich in skeleton with a fair amount of sand and clay. A manual harvest with selection of the grapes and a long maceration precede the fermentation which takes place in truncated conical French oak vats. The liquid is transferred to carry out the malolactic fermentation in new French oak barriques where the ageing of at least 24 months also takes place. Irrigates the glass with its pale red colour with slight orange reflections typical of the variety. The nose is intense with hints of red fruit that later evoke delicate vanilla notes due to the ageing in wood. The sip has a good structure, noble elegance and a texture similar to velvet. Ductile in combination, it can accompany feathered game, beef or pork as well as medium-aged mountain cheeses.
