Nigl Prädikatswein Grüner Veltliner Eiswein Kremstal DAC 375 ㎖

The Grunel Veltliner Eiswein of Nigl is obtained from vineyards located in the Kremstal region in wine-growing Austria. It consists of 100% Gruner Veltliner grapes. The peculiarity of the vinification of this passito lies in the vintage. In fact, it is made during the winter season, when the grapes, after concentrating all their substances as is the case with normal drying, undergo the attack of the cold that freezes the berries. Having water in the form of solid crystals further enhances the concentration of the substance inside the grape because, during the pressing phase, it will be possible to remove it. It shows a bright golden yellow color. The bouquet plays on fruity traces of peach, dried fruit, honey and a light spicy note to revive. The mouth is wrapped in a great softness, perfectly balanced by a lively and elegant freshness. This wine of taste and pleasantness is remembered in a beautiful persistence. Excellent if combined with shellfish or typical Asian dishes. Perfect to accompany the chicken with almonds.
