Notte Rossa Vino Spumante Extra Dry 0,75 ℓ

The Spumante Extra Dry by Notte Rossa is composed of a blend of white grapes from Salento, which ripen on clayey soils located approx. 100 masl After the grape harvest at the end of August, the grapes undergo soft pressing and the juice thus obtained ferments at a low temperature. Second fermentation takes place in a pressurized tank according to the Charmat method, where the wine remains on its lees for about a month, to then continue the refinement in the bottle. The wine appears in the glass of a straw yellow colour with greenish reflections, while the nose reveals floral notes, yellow and exotic pulp fruit, with notes of aromatic herbs. The sip is full-bodied, with lively freshness. Ideal as an aperitif, it goes well with hors d'oeuvres and fish and vegetable dishes.
