Volpe Pasini Friuli Colli Orientali DOC Friulano 0,75 ℓ

The Friuli Colli Orientali Friulano di Volpe Pasini is born in vineyards located in the heart of the Friuli Colli Orientali DOC. It is produced exclusively with Friulano grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine remains for a period in the bottle where it refines its organoleptic characteristics. The Friulano di Volpe Pasini is characterized by a straw yellow color. The nose opens with intense fruity aromas that become more complex and full over time. On the palate it is full, structured and balanced, with a pleasant hint of bitter almond. Excellent as an aperitif, it is ideal in combination with cold cuts and salami, in particular with raw ham.
