Friuli Colli Orientali Zuc di Volpe Sauvignon di Volpe Pasini comes from vineyards located in the heart of the DOC Friuli Colli Orientali. It is produced exclusively with Sauvignon grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine remains for a period in the bottle where it refines its organoleptic peculiarities. Volpe Pasini's Zuc di Volpe Sauvignon is characterized by a straw yellow color. The nose opens with a balanced bouquet of vegetal and gravel notes. In the mouth it proves fruity, soft and elegant. Excellent as an aperitif, it is ideal in combination with fish-based first courses, shellfish and first courses featuring tomato or pepper.
