Gelsi Rosso Calabria IGT - Statti

The Gelsi Rosso is traditionally pressed red with temperature-controlled fermentation. 30% of the berries are not pressed. The result is a purple wine with a violet shimmer that reveals wonderful notes of sour cherries, pepper and red fruits. It is fresh and equally soft on the palate.
