Dopff au Moulin Gewürztraminer Alsace AOC 0,75 ℓ

This Gewürztraminer was born from the centuries-old experience of the domaine Dopff au Moulin in the production of refined Alsatian wines. The production vineyards, located around the charming medieval town of Riquewihr, benefit from a particularly suitable soil and an ideal microclimate, supported by the protection of the lower Vosges mountains. A selection of the best bunches follows the vinification process which begins with a long pressing. Followed by fermentation at controlled temperature and aging for a few months in steel containers. Straw yellow color nectar, it offers persuasive aromas of rose, jasmine and exotic fruit. Freshness and aromaticity linger on the palate and then result in a finely spiced finish. It is suitable to accompany cheeses or foie gras paté.
