Ambrogio e Giovanni Folonari Syrah - Merlot B.S.T. Toscana IGT 0,75 ℓ

Blend of Syrah and Merlot of the BST line, or Baby Super Tuscan, of the Folonari estates: wines that differ from Super Tuscan wines generally refined in oak in that the entire wine-making process takes place in steel, in order to place highlight the characteristics of freshness and drinkability. It is characterized in the glass by its intense purple red color. On the nose it releases a pleasant combination of spicy, cinnamon and black pepper, and fruity notes, including blackberry, black currant and plum. On the palate it is smooth and fragrant, with a light tannin to support the pleasantness of the mouth. Perfect both to accompany appetizers and pizza. It is excellent with salami and finger food.
