Gewürztraminer Natura di Emiliana is an organic wine produced with grapes from the Rapel valley, one of the most prized wine-growing regions in Chile. After harvesting, the grapes are delicately pressed and subjected to alcoholic fermentation in steel vats at a controlled temperature of 16°C. At the end of fermentation, the wine rests on a bed of fine lees for a month and is subsequently refined in steel vats for a further 4 months. Clear straw yellow in colour, this Gewürztraminer offers the nose floral notes of jasmine and roses, accompanied by light aromas of medical herbs and citrus fruits. On the palate, it presents a well-balanced acidity and a fresh, fragrant and pleasant finish. The sweetness of this Gewürztraminer makes it ideal to accompany an aperitif served with delicate cheeses and cured meats. Excellent in combination with sushi and fresh fruit desserts.
