Livon Pinot Grigio Collio DOC 0,75 ℓ

The Collio Pinot Grigio di Livon was born in vineyards located in the Municipality of Dolegna del Collio. It is entirely produced with Pinot Grigio grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. After a cold maceration and decanting of the must, the grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18 ° C. Subsequently the wine ages in the same containers for about 5 months and for a further period in the bottle, before being placed on the market. It is characterized by a straw yellow color, with gray reflections. The nose opens with a fragrant bouquet, with hints of vanilla, enriched with delicate linden scents. On the palate it has a solid structure and a good persistence. Perfect to accompany white meats, it is ideal in combination with risotto, soups and soups.
