Cantina La-Vis Trentino DOC Lagrein 0,75 ℓ

The Lagrein of Cantina La Vis is a red wine that is part of the Classics selection, dedicated to the most representative wines of Trentino. The company was founded in 1948 and is based in Lavis, in the province of Trento. The grape harvest takes place at the beginning of October, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature in concrete vats and static decantation. Refinement follows for 5-6 months both in concrete and in small part in oak barrels, before proceeding with bottling. Ruby red in color with purple hues, the nose reveals aromas of violets, blueberries and raspberries. The taste is warm and velvety, with soft and sweet tannins. It goes well with pasta, even baked or stuffed, topped with meat sauces.
