Venta La Vega Huella Almansa DO 0,75 ℓ

Huella is a red wine produced in the region of Almansa, Albacete, Castile La Mancha. It is made from a blend of Garnacha Tintorera and Monastrell grapes. The winemaking process involves aging for 8 months in barrique. The vineyards, located in clay soil with deep limestone layers, are cultivated completely organically and are 20 years old. The wine has a cherry red color with violet reflections. On the nose, it offers a powerful entry with notes of fresh red fruit, smoky and mineral aromas. Over time, it develops hints of sweet ripe fruit, spices and berries, as well as notes of black licorice and graphite. On the palate, it is sweet and balanced with well-integrated tannins, a fresh acidity and a fruity taste. Huella is ideal to pair with roast meat dishes or mature cheeses.
