Dominio de Valdepusa wine-growing region and from vines that are 13 years old. The soils are rich in limestone and clay. The harvest from September to October is carried out exclusively by hand. The harvested grapes are gently pressed in the winery and the resulting must is fermented in stainless steel tanks. Afterwards, this wine rests for a total of 12–15 months in French Allier oak barrels.
