Padstal Chardonnay - MAN Vintners

Padstal Chardonnay - MAN VintnersPadstal Chardonnay - MAN VintnersThe Padstal Chardonnay from the Coastal wine region appears in the glass in bright golden yellow. The first nose of Padstal Chardonnay shows nuances of lime, gallia melon and apples. The fruity components of the bouquet are joined by lovage, oak and black tea. This South African wine delights with its elegantly dry flavor. It was bottled with 6.5 grams of residual sugar. As you would expect from a wine beyond the 4-euro mark, this South African naturally enchants with the finest balance despite all its dryness. Aroma does not necessarily require a lot of sugar. On the tongue, this balanced white wine is characterized by an incredibly light and creamy texture. Due to its present fruit acidity, the Padstal Chardonnay presents itself impressively fresh and lively on the palate. The final of this youthful white wine from the Coastal winegrowing region finally captivates with considerable reverberation. Vinification of the MAN Vintners Padstal Chardonnay The basis for the balanced Padstal Chardonnay from Coastal Region are grapes from the Chardonnay grape variety. After the hand harvest, the grapes reach the winery by the fastest route. Here they are selected and gently broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally drawn into bottles. Recommended food for the Padstal Chardonnay from MAN Vintners Drink this white wine from South Africa ideally moderately chilled at 11 - 13°C as a companion to spicy curry with lamb, vegetable salad with beetroot or coconut-lime fish curry.
