Vinification of Nosiola from Salvetta This wine clearly focuses on a single grape variety, namely Nosiola. Only the best grapes were used for this wonderfully elegant varietal wine from Salvetta. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately brought to the press house. There they are sorted and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks and large wooden vats at controlled temperatures. After fermentation is complete, the organically produced Nosiola is aged for a few more months in oak barrels.
