Etna Rosso DOC - Graci

Etna Rosso DOC - GraciEtna Rosso DOC - GraciThe Etna Rosso by Graci from Sicily shows a dense, ruby red color in the swirled glass. When the wine glass is swirled, this red wine reveals a high density and fullness, which can be seen in the stained glass windows at the edge of the glass. With a little time in the glass, this red wine from Italy presents wonderfully expressive aromas of rose, sour cherry, strawberry and pomegranate, rounded off with other fruity nuances. This red from Graci is just right for all wine lovers who like it dry. However, it is never austere or brittle, but round and smooth. On the tongue, this powerful red wine is characterized by an incredibly light texture. Thanks to its balanced fruit acidity, Etna Rosso flatters the palate with a pleasant mouthfeel without lacking in juicy liveliness. On the finish, this red wine from the Sicily region finally delights with its beautiful length. There are again hints of strawberry and sour cherry. Vinification of the Graci Etna Rosso This wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Nerello Mascalese. Only first-class grapes were used for this wonderfully powerful single-varietal wine from Graci. After the grape harvest, the grapes are transported to the winery as quickly as possible. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in concrete at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled. Wine recommendation for the Etna Rosso from Graci This red wine from Italy is best enjoyed at a temperature of 15 - 18°C as an accompaniment to a variety of dishes, but is also a pleasure to drink on its own. <p
