Vinification of Chambave Muscat from La Vrille The powerful Chambave Muscat from Italy is a varietal wine vinified from the Yellow Muscat grape variety. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in the Aosta Valley. Here, the vines sink their roots deep into sandy soils. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately brought to the press house. There they are sorted and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine is aged for several months on the fine lees before it is finally bottled.
