Shiraz Redstone - CorioleThe Shiraz Redstone from Coriole is a single varietal wine with a ruby red color in the glass. Intense aromas of ripe plums and juicy blueberries unfold on the nose. The palate reveals notes of red fruits - strawberry in particular - underpinned by freshly ground pepper. The texture is wonderfully velvety and full-bodied with a fine-grained tannin framework. A wonderful red wine with lush, soft and berry character. Vinification of the Coriole Redstone Shiraz After hand-harvesting the Shiraz grapes, they are selected in the winery. The mash is fermented both in open fermentation racks (circulation by hand) and in stainless steel tanks. This red wine is then aged for 12 months in barrique barrels.
