Vinification of Brezza Umbria Bianco IGT Fattoria del Pometo by Lungarotti This crisp young white wine is made from Grechetto, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio and other white grape varieties grown in the Fattoria del Pometo, one of the Lungarotti family's vineyards, on sandy, medium-heavy, deep soils. The grapes are harvested manually and matured in stainless steel tanks using the cold maceration method. This fresh and easy-to-drink white wine is one of the first to be enjoyed in the fall, shortly after the grape harvest and many months before other white wines.
