Vinification of the Susana Balbo Crios Torrontes The grapes are harvested by hand in the Uco Valley and immediately brought to Susana Balbo's winery. There, the grapes are fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Finally, this wine remains on the lees for another 3 months before being bottled.
