Only the best grapes were used for this wonderfully balanced varietal wine from Weingut J. Neus. After the harvest, the grapes are transported to the winery as quickly as possible. Here they are sorted and gently crushed. The fermentation then takes place in large oak barrels at controlled temperatures. After fermentation is complete, the elegant Neus Muschelkalk Spätburgunder is aged for several months in 1200-liter oak barrels. Food Pairing for the Muschelkalk Spätburgunder from J.
