Since 2019, Jana Robles and her rosé aficionados have been producing the elegant Born Rosés: one hundred percent Mediterranean, one hundred percent organic, a must in summer and every other day of the year.The delicate pastel-colored Born Brut Sparkling is produced using the Charmat method, with secondary fermentation in the tank.This means it retains its fresh, fruity aromas, which it reveals to us pearl by pearl. The bouquet blends orange, grapefruit, red fruits (cherries, strawberries) and orange blossom with delicate menthol notes. Elegant, long-lasting and lively on the palate, with a seductive balance of sweet fruit andjuicy acidity.
