Ai Palazzi Montesco Colli di Conegliano DOCG Rosso 0,75 ℓ

Ai Palazzi's red Riserva Montesco is produced by the Masottina company on the hills of Conegliano, in the hamlet of Ogliano. The wine is a blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Marzemino and Merlot grapes. After a 2-week maceration at 28-30°C, the racking and aging in Allier barriques follow for at least 24 months. Finally, the wine rests for 12 months in the bottle before being placed on the market. It is characterized by an intense ruby red color with a nose that expresses itself on aromas of fruit in alcohol, cherry and marasca cherry, as well as notes of licorice and spices. The sip is warm, with clear tannins and good persistence. Perfect to accompany savory first courses, including baked pasta, stewed and roasted red meats.
