Vinification of the Bianco Frizzante Veneto from Casa Gheller The elegant Bianco Frizzante Veneto from Italy is a cuvée, vinified from the Garganega and Pinot Blanc grape varieties. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Veneto. Here, the vines sink their roots deep into soils of sedimentary and weathered rock. After the grape harvest, the grapes are brought to the press house as quickly as possible. There they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation is complete, the Bianco Frizzante Veneto can continue to harmonize for a few months on the fine lees.
