Erste Neue Puntay Sauvignon Südtirol - Alto Adige DOC 0,75 ℓ

The Alto Adige Sauvignon of the Puntay line of Erste + Neue was born in vineyards located in vineyards located in the municipality of Caldaro, in the province of Bolzano. It is produced exclusively with Sauvignon Blanc grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. After a short cold maceration, fermentation takes place in wooden barrels. Subsequently the wine stays in the same containers for 7 months, before being bottled. The Sauvignon Puntay from Erste + Neue has a pale straw yellow color. The nose opens with a large and fruity bouquet, with pleasant hints of exotic fruits, currants and grapefruit. In the mouth it proves fresh and lively, with good harmony and persistence. Perfect to accompany all dishes of vegetarian cuisine, it is ideal with shellfish. Try it in combination with scampi with salt.
