Rosado de Lágrima - Barón de Ley

The direct, gentle pressing of the whole grapes, including the stems, is an extraction process called Lágrima in Spanish.The minimal contact between the must and skins produces an elegant, pale pink wine with characteristic freshness and a long finish. Its aromas are complex, with notes of white flowers, a hint of balsamic vinegar, and ripe red fruits.
