This approach allows the grape variety's many nuances to shine through, combining freshness, structure, and aromatic complexity.The grapes, harvested in multiple phases, are vinified separately with slow fermentation at low temperatures to preserve the aromatic character. The wine is then matured for several months in stainless steel on its fine lees, developing elegance, balance, and greater expressive depth.It shows a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, it reveals an intense and distinctive aromatic profile, with notes of cantaloupe, passion fruit, tomato leaf, grapefruit, and rose.
