Terzini Capotavola Colli Pescaresi IGP Rosato 3 ℓ, Bag in Box

Capotavola Rosato is one of Terzini's bag in box wines, produced with red grapes from the Pescara hills, grown at 350 meters above sea level on clay soils. The vines are trained using the Abruzzo pergola system and the manual harvest takes place between the end of September and the beginning of October. During the fermentation process, the wine undergoes soft pressing and ferments in steel at a controlled temperature. It stands out for its fruity and floral aromas, with excellent acidity and persistence. This rosé wine is perfect to pair with appetizers, pizza and aperitifs.
